1. Introduction & Acceptance

kub9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or attempts to abuse bonuses.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using a third party's details.

3. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on kub9 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This limit applies to every payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

Deposited funds are generally added to your account shortly after verification. For failed transactions, please notify our support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are generally sent back via the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once a deposit has begun processing, it generally cannot be cancelled. There may be an opportunity to cancel a withdrawal request before processing begins. For any urgent situation, please contact support.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at kub9, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 → receive ৳8,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus combined. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable once per account only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through fraudulent means may result in account closure.
• Bonus offers may change from time to time — check the individual offer page for the latest terms.
• kub9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kub9 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or discriminating against other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
